These terms apply to purchases and use of the Loomkraft store.

Products & prices
Read the product description, materials, dimensions, color selection and included pieces before purchasing. Room-setting accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Natural material grain and woven texture may vary, and screen settings can affect color appearance. The price and totals presented for review at checkout apply to the purchase being submitted.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize payment of the amount presented for review using the payment method you provide. You must be authorized to use that payment method. A payment request does not by itself establish that payment has been completed.
Order acceptance
Submitting a checkout request does not by itself confirm an accepted order. Order acceptance is established by an explicit acceptance or fulfillment confirmation from Loomkraft. Please retain any confirmation and contact us if you need assistance understanding your order status.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to our confirmed U.S. delivery area. Standard shipping is free. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit at 3–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. The Shipping Policy explains business days, the fixed UTC−06:00 cutoff and address restrictions.
Returns & refunds
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. The Return & Refund Policy explains ordinary return conditions, treatment of damage, defects and incorrect items, shipping cost responsibility and refunds. No restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
