Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address within our delivery area.
Shipping cost & method
All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. No expedited delivery method is offered.
Handling & transit
Free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Handling is the time used to prepare an order before dispatch. Transit begins after dispatch; it is separate from handling. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Business days & order cutoff
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). This is fixed at UTC−06:00 year-round and does not change with daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays use the next business day as the handling start date.
